This was a report that made its way to owner Mat Ishbia on social media, with the controversial owner making this ridiculous statement as a result.

"I'm not worried about what the so-called experts think. They had us as a title contender the past two years and were wrong then."

Essentially, what Ishbia is saying here is that analysts were wrong when believing in this team previously, making his prior comments that 'all 29 other teams would trade their situation for ours' look even more ridiculous in hindsight.
