Bleacher Report Name Top Three Landing Spots For Herb Jones

The 2026 NBA trade deadline is just a matter of days away, and while we have yet to see a blockbuster trade with a significant star moved, we've seen a few solid moves thus far. With all the chatter around Giannis Antetokounmpo, that's potentially going to change soon, but beyond the two-time MVP, there are some other game changers that could be dealt in the coming days.

From Jrue Holiday to Herb Jones to Trey Murphy and many others, there are plenty of candidates to be traded, with the New Orleans Pelicans making sense as a genuine seller ahead of the deadline. While they've got a young core, the Pelicans would be best served by dealing one of their more experienced players, and now, Bleacher Report has named their top three landing spots for Jones.

Those teams are the Los Angeles Lakers, Utah Jazz, and Golden State Warriors, and given how those two contending teams could use a two-way wing, Jones could be the perfect pickup. As for the Jazz, Jones would be an incredible piece next to the young core of Walker Kessler, Lauri Markkanen, Ace Bailey, and Keyonte George, and while they're less likely to give up a significant asset, he'd be a great piece for that team.

The Pelicans should be sellers, and while it's unclear if they will deal Jones or not in the next few days, if they get enough interest in their two-way wing, he could potentially land them a significant return.
