LeBron's Agent Clears the Air on Where He Will Play Next Season

At the age of 41, LeBron James still has some quality basketball left in him. While he has taken a bit of a backseat in the Lakers' offensive hierarchy this season, he is still averaging 20.7 points, seven assists, and six rebounds per game. Not too shabby for an old man.

It is clear that LeBron can still help a team win basketball games, and the fanfare of what could be LeBron’s final season next year has everyone wondering: Where will LeBron play next season?

There’s been tons of speculation about whether LeBron will stay in LA, go back to Cleveland, or do something completely different, like finish his career alongside his rival, Stephen Curry.

LeBron’s agent, Rich Paul, recently spoke on his podcast about where LeBron could play next season.

“There’s no truth to any of it. First of all, I don’t know what’s happening. He don’t know either! We don’t even talk about it… Just enjoy the moment. The man is playing minutes with his son. Meaningful minutes! The Lakers are 12-1 and playing well, why are you talking about some stuff for next year? I get you have to talk about it but it’s like oh my god, nobody knows! I don’t care what article is written, I don’t care what tweet is out there, nobody knows anything.”

Paul is shutting down all the rumors. LeBron hasn’t indicated anything about what he is going to do next season, and Paul wants everyone to know that is because no decisions have been made. The Lakers' playoff success could end up being the deciding factor on where LeBron decides to play next year.
