Denver Nuggets Make History Following Recent Jamal Murray Performance
Dec 9, 2025
The Denver Nuggets have one of the most loaded rosters in the entire NBA, and even with the Oklahoma City Thunder dominating the Western Conference, this is a team full of optimism over their chances in 2025/26. Early in the season, they've shown off that dominance, posting a record of 17-6 as they sit in third place in the Western Conference standings, and with Nikola Jokic leading the way, they're full of belief.
It's not only Jokic putting up some amazing numbers however, as we recently saw Jamal Murray go off for 50 points, something he's done several times throughout his NBA career. We've also seen 50 point games from Jokic and Aaron Gordon this season, making the Nuggets just the third team in NBA history to have three players achieve the feat in a single season.
The other teams were the 1962 Los Angeles Lakers and the 2019 Golden State Warriors, and with just 23 games gone this season, it's safe to say that we may not have seen the last offensive outburst from a Nuggets player. With the likes of Cam Johnson and Tim Hardaway Jr. on this roster, there's plenty of other players capable of putting up big nights, making this team a genuine threat in the West this season.

No matter the offensive output, the West is going to be incredibly tough this season, but if the Nuggets can keep up these early performances, it's safe to say that they'll be there contending for an NBA title at the end.
