Utah Jazz Coach Will Hardy Seen Snapping On His Team; Urging Them To Play Harder

It's no secret that for a long time, the Utah Jazz have been struggling, and despite some talented young players, this is a team that still hasn't managed to take a step forward out of their rebuild. Currently, the team sits at 8–15 on the season, and while performances from Lauri Markkanen and Keyonte George show promise, overall, the team continues to struggle in a big way.

While this team was expected to be bad, that doesn't mean that there haven't been frustrations with their performance thus far, and now, that frustration is becoming public. During their latest loss, a video has emerged of Head Coach Will Hardy airing that frustration, as it shows him on the bench during a timeout urging his team to play harder.

“I’m tired of f**king doing this every game. F**king play harder.”

While the Jazz have some young talent, they simply don't have a consistent lineup full of performers that know what it takes to win at the NBA level, and clearly, Hardy is getting frustrated in the process of getting them there.

That process is going to take plenty of time, as this team doesn't have a standout star yet, and if they look to move Markkanen at the trade deadline, this team will get even younger. Ultimately, though, the team is very impressed with Hardy and will continue patiently as he helps develop this team, meaning there will likely be plenty more of this frustration moving forward.
