Myles Turner Takes A Shot At the Pacers and Their Yellow NBA Cup Court

Myles Turner shockingly left the Indiana Pacers this offseason, and while one party has seemingly moved on, the other can't stop commenting on his former team. After returning to Indiana as a member of the Milwaukee Bucks, Turner called out Pacers fans for booing him after giving them the past decade of his career, and now, he's taken another shot at his former team.

Recently, the Bucks played in their first NBA Cup game of the season, and unsurprisingly, fans had plenty to say about the green courts, which have been a major criticism through the first few years of the league's in-season tournament. Then, Turner was asked about it, and while he clearly wasn't a major fan of it, he used the opportunity to call out the Pacers in the process, stating that the green looks much better than the yellow of the Pacers.

“Umm, I’m not mad at it. It looks a lot better than yellow.”

Simply put, none of these colored courts in the NBA Cup look good, but they do add to the presentation of the tournament, making it unique to the rest of the NBA regular season, as Commissioner Adam Silver wanted when he began the NBA Cup.

As of right now, all the talk in the Pacers-Turner rivalry is coming from one side, as no one in Indiana has had much to say about Turner since his departure from the team, but as of right now, it appears as though this trash talk could continue throughout the 2025/26 season.
