Draymond Addresses Viral Video of Stephen Curry Watching His Tirade

A video recently went viral of Stephen Curry watching Draymond Green go on a heated tirade, yelling at this teammates on the sideline of a recent Warriors game. Curry looks completely zoned out in the video, nodding his head dispassionately. This clip has gone all around the internet with people saying things like “look how sick of Draymond Curry is” and things of that nature. 

Draymond Green addressed this video on his podcast, setting the record straight about his relationship with Curry after over a decade of playing together. 

“I see a lot of people’s reactions, like oh man Steph’s tired of Draymond, and quite honestly, what I saw in the video and what I’ve taking away from the video, and be that I talk to Steph every day. Was that he was in agreeance of what I said we were getting our ass kicked, so you’re not going to be sitting there smiling or enthused. I love how everyone tries to project their energy on about me onto Steph. When, quite honestly, their energy really doesn’t [expletive] matter when it comes to me... I think the reaction to it was pretty hilarious."

Draymond probably knows how his leadership and antics sit with Steph more than anyone else. The internet loves to speculate, especially when it comes to negative things around Draymond. However, the reality is, if Curry didn’t like Draymond, Draymond would have been traded a long time ago. Anyone who remains on the Warriors roster for more than just a season has an implicated stamp of approval from Curry.
