NBA Insider Has Shocking Answer For LeBron's Biggest Career Moment

LeBron James has had some pretty legendary moments throughout his 20+ year career. Obviously, people can point to his 2016 NBA championship run in Cleveland as his greatest moment, but it is far from the only one. He’s won four NBA championships, each run packed with legendary moments that have helped cement him as one of the greatest basketball players ever. 

But what is James’ greatest career moment? Is it performances in the 2016 NBA Finals when he defeated the greatest team of all time? Or was it some other time? Stephen A. Smith, a longtime critic of LeBron, recently revealed the game that he thinks should be marked as LeBron’s greatest moment.  

“LeBron has 4 championships and 4 MVPs. His greatest moment wasn’t in the finals, or in the championship game. It was when he was down 3-2 with a championship to elude him, they had lost to Dallas, and then next year in the ECF against Boston down 3-2… You lose this game and go home your epitaph is going to be bad! That brotha responded with 45 & 15 and busted their living you know what looking like a man possessed!”

Everyone remembers that Game 6 performance from LeBron against the Boston Celtics. That was the key game that helped the Heat make a second straight NBA Finals and eventually win LeBron his first NBA championship. While there may have been some bigger games for LeBron in the NBA Finals, this Eastern Conference Finals game does stand out as a turning point in LeBron’s career. When he needed to step up the most, he did, and it helped cement his legacy as an all-time great.
