Jalen Brunson and Josh Hart Playfully Mock Mikal Bridges Spending Habits

During a recent broadcast of their Roommates podcast, Jalen Brunson and Josh Hart discussed Mikal Bridges' new contract and how that might change his spending habits.

Part of the reason for the Knicks success over the past few seasons has been the team's tight bond. Three of the best players on the team, Brunson, Hart, and Bridges, have significant experience playing together having done so for Villanova.
Hart and Brunson have been Knicks for multiple years now and welcomed Bridges into the fold last year after dealing several first round picks to the Brooklyn Nets to acquire him.
Bridges will be staying with his pals for the long-term now as he signed a four-year $150 million deal. While discussing the big payday, Hart began:
"He got paid. So now I can stop paying for Chipotle and he can pay for Chipotle. So, me being the good teammate that I am, I obviously love Chipotle, and every flight I get Chipotle. Mikal, same thing, loves Chipotle, so he usually gets Chipotle. Before that, it actually started with JB last year. JB and I would always eat at Chipotle. So, at times, he would order it. Times I would order it. Yeah. Basically, since I got to New York."
The Knicks will look to have a big season in 2025-26, especially with injuries to the Celtics' and Pacers' best players. The main core of the team remains intact after the Bridges deal. The team also added free agents Jordan Clarkson and Guerschon Yabusele over the offseason.
