Giannis Nips Back at Reporter For Asking About Trade Rumors

How many more Giannis Antetokounmpo trade rumors will there be? It seems like every few days, there is another report that indicates Giannis is either not leaving Milwaukee and the team is unwilling to trade him, or that he is unhappy with the Bucks and wants to be moved into a more winning situation.

Throughout the rumors, however, Giannis has stayed steadfast. He hasn’t asked to be traded, and he is focused on winning with the current Bucks roster. Still, that hasn’t made him immune to the questions. 

One reporter asked Giannis about the trade rumors and if he wanted to be in Milwaukee after a recent Bucks game, and the Greek star was not happy about it. 

"I'm here. I'm here. I'm here. Don't ask me that question. I'm here. It's disrespectful towards myself and my teammate. I wear that jersey every single day. Disrespectful towards the organization, my coaching staff, myself, and all the people that work hard for me to come out here and say, 'I don't want to be here.' Don't ask me that question. I'm here. I'm putting on the jersey. And as long as I'm here, I'm going to give everything I have, even in the last second of the game."

Giannis is understandably frustrated with his situation. If he actually wants to be in Milwaukee, the rumors about him wanting to go must be super annoying. If he wants to leave, but doesn’t want to say it, these reporters are blowing up his secret and making him look bad. 

Right now, it doesn't seem like Giannis is going to be moved. The Bucks and Giannis are staying strong; they don't want to part ways. But still, the rumors must be coming from somewhere.
