Bogdan Bogdanovic Explains How Nikola Jokic Makes the Game Easier For Him
Aug 21, 2025
Bogdan Bogdanovic recently gushed about the way his Serbian National team teammate Nikola Jokic helps him on the court.

Nikola Jokic has been in the NBA since 2015 and has been a star since his second season. He is elite at every skill an offensive player could have from shooting to rebounding to passing.
His best season was in 2024-2025 when he averaged 29.6 points, 12.9 rebounds and 10.6 assists. He was also deadly from long range, shooting a career high .417% from three point range.
Amazingly, those numbers weren't good enough for jokic to win the MVP Award, that went to Shai Gilgeous-Alexander. Still, Jokic does have three MVP trophies in his case. He has also made 7 All-Star teams and 7 All-NBA teams. Jokic also led the Nuggets to the NBA Championship in 2023 and was named the MVP of the finals.
It is not hard to see that this is the kind of player other players wan't to play with. Bogdanovic backed that notion up when he was asked about his countryman, saying:
"I think everybody knows about his IQ and feel for the game, but what is really making him special, I think, is his basketball shape for his size. The ability to run and his conditioning." He also added, "His front vision, I feel, he knows what's going to happen steps ahead. He brings probably the highest confidence I've ever had playing with anyone else."
Jokic and Bogdanovic are two key members of a completly loaded Serbian team.
