Raptors Star Brandon Ingram Believes His Offensive Game Is Unstoppable

The Toronto Raptors acquired Brandon Ingram in a shocking deal last season, with the team betting that his talents could help this young core grow and become an NBA playoffs contender once more. Over his six seasons in New Orleans, Ingram averaged an impressive 23 points a night, and alongside the likes of RJ Barrett, Scottie Barnes, and others, he's expected to carry the scoring load again in Toronto.

Things started well in 2025–26 for B.I. as he posted 16, 9, and 3 in his first game with the team, but after shooting just 43% from the field in the game, he's got another level to get to for Toronto this season. When he does get to that level, Ingram believes he's unstoppable and one of the best scorers in the league, making it clear just how confident he is in his offensive game in a recent interview.

“When I’m right, there’s no one in the league that can stop me."

Ingram's best season in New Orleans saw him post 25 points a night on 49% shooting, and in that year, he was one of the best scorers in the NBA, and at just 28 years of age, his confidence may be well placed.

Now, he's got a major role to play in Toronto as they need him to be their go-to scorer around this young core as they look to get back to the NBA playoffs, and if he can find that level again, they won't be a team to take lightly in the Eastern Conference.
